What we collect

  • Email address — when you sign up for early access or create an account.
  • Account profile — optional display name, niche, platform, and onboarding answers you provide.
  • Email delivery metadata — send status, bounce and complaint events, and unsubscribe status for emails we send you.
  • Technical data — IP address at signup (used for spam/rate-limiting), and basic request logs from our servers.

Why we collect it

  • To grant you early access and operate your account.
  • To send transactional emails (security, confirmations, account notices) and a one-time welcome email after onboarding.
  • To prevent abuse, throttle scripted signups, and protect sender reputation.
  • To debug issues and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing or newsletter campaigns from this Service.

Who processes it

Personal data is stored on Lovable Cloud (Supabase) and email is delivered through our transactional email provider. These sub-processors only handle data on our behalf to operate the Service.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Early access signups are retained until you ask us to remove them. Suppression records (unsubscribes, bounces) are kept indefinitely so we don't accidentally email you again.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@debu.app from the address on file. We will delete your account, profile, and early-access record within 30 days. To stop receiving non-essential emails immediately, use the unsubscribe link in any email we've sent you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us at the address below to exercise any of these rights.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
